What we collect
When you submit the partnership form, we receive your name, social profile, follower range, niche, product idea or audience need, email, phone number and selected language. Separately, the site saves your language choice in your browser so it can remember the interface language on that device. Our hosting and security providers may also process limited technical data such as your IP address, browser and request time.
How we use it
We use this information to review a possible partnership, reply to you, keep a record of the conversation and protect the form from misuse. Applicants are not added to a marketing list, and no automated system decides whether an application is accepted.
Our legal basis
We process application details because you asked us to consider a possible business relationship. Where appropriate, we also rely on our legitimate interest in handling genuine inquiries and keeping our website secure.
Providers and international transfers
When automatic email delivery is enabled, application emails may be processed by Resend, whose primary processing takes place in the United States and whose data-processing terms include transfer safeguards. Website hosting may also involve processing outside Montenegro. If you open WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn or another external service, that service’s own privacy rules apply.
How long we keep it
We keep active correspondence for as long as the conversation and any related legal or operational record require. Applications that do not lead to a partnership are intended to be deleted within 12 months, unless the information is needed longer to establish or protect legal rights.
Your rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or receive a portable copy. You may also contact Montenegro’s Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information.
